Say it once. Everyone in the slips hears it.

The app your slip holders already open for their own boat is where your marina talks. No more flyer on the gate, no more email half of them never read.

📣

Notices and schedules

Haul-out and splash dates, a water shutoff, the fuel dock's hours for the holiday weekend. Posted once, seen by every owner.

📅

Events with RSVPs

The season opener, the Fourth, the end-of-year dinner. Post it, see who's coming, and let the dock talk about it.

💬

Message one owner, or a whole dock

The boat on B-12 is listing. The owner is one tap away, with the boat's name and slip already attached.

🌐

Your public page

Your slips, your amenities, and a request form where a visiting boat asks for a stay with its length, beam and dates. Confirm, decline, mark arrived.

Monitoring

Every boat in your slips, watched from one board.

One DockNeighbor Station at the office hears every sensor on every boat within about a mile. Owners keep their own boats and plans; they grant your marina a watch. You see the whole facility at once.

🚨

Alarms across the slips

A boat's flood, power or movement alarm reaches the office board. It holds long enough to rule out a blip, nags until somebody acknowledges it, and escalates to your on-call phone by SMS if nobody does. The owner is always told too.

⚡

One storm, one incident

Twelve boats losing shore power on the same dock inside five minutes is a pedestal, not twelve emergencies. The board folds them into one incident, and one acknowledgement clears it.

🔌

Your own sensors, too

Pedestal power, the fuel dock's bilge, a gate, the travel lift's power. Facility sensors the marina owns, on the marina's plan, with the same alarms and the same board.

📡

The station is yours

A small box in the office, on power and your internet. It keeps watching through an outage and catches up when the connection returns. Boats that choose it as their home station earn you credits toward your plan.

3
A better season

Something to offer that the marina down the river can't.

A slip at your marina comes with a watch on the boat, a neighborhood that notices, and an office that answers. That is a reason to stay, and a reason to move.

⛵

For the owner

Put sensors on the boat, scan them in, and they report through your station from day one. Nothing to plug in aboard, nothing to keep online. The boat is watched all winter while they're inland.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

For the dock

Owners find their dock neighbors in the app, trade a line and a tool, and hear about each other's boats only when they've asked to. The marina becomes a place people know each other.

📇

For the office

A directory of who's in which slip (annual, seasonal, transient, storage, waitlist), with the owner's contact and boat details, exportable as CSV. The whiteboard retires.

🛟

For the night you're glad you had it

The call at 2 a.m. is from the app, not from the owner at 8 a.m. asking why nobody noticed. Your dock hand gets there with a pump before the water reaches the batteries.

Staff accounts, not a shared password

Three roles, manager, dockhand and office, each with exactly the access the job needs. A dockhand acknowledges alarms and sees the board; a manager changes the marina, invites staff and exports data. Invite by email, revoke in a tap.

Marina plans

Marina plans are separate from owners' boat plans. Every marina in the directory is on Marina Free today with nothing to sign up for. Each boat in your slips picks its own plan from the boater pricing.
